South Miami Water Damage to Flooring

Water, about only a one-half inch high accumulated on this laminated flooring in a small office in South Miami. We were immediately called in to remove the water. This fast decision by the management company mitigated the water damage to the flooring to only a slight impact upon the finish. We used drying mats after we suctioned off the small amount of standing water to ensure that the underlay was free of moisture. Pictured are several air movers during the process to seize any airborne water molecules.
