Highly Trained Restoration Specialists

Meeting the Needs of Miami Properties with Continuous Education

Much like every trade, you cannot get considered among the best without years of practice and a commitment to continue working to do better than you did yesterday. With thousands of Miami homes and businesses at risk for disaster damage every day, our ability to gain experience and continue developing our field technicians is considerable.

A Foundation for Positive Customer Service Experiences

While there are dozens of standard callouts that our technicians receive, our ability to manage these emergencies relies exclusively on our education and training in the restoration niches. Each of our professionals undergoes some coursework through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) to gain foundational knowledge they can build upon with continued educational opportunities and hands-on experience. This fundamental understanding required for restoration certification is only the beginning for our team of restorers and contractors.

Beyond the Expectations with Advanced Education

Floods continue to be a substantial threat to Miami homes, and as such, education in restoring these emergencies can help to reduce property damage for our customers. Through in-house coursework and educational opportunities and our flood house facility on our property, we can continue to show our technicians new strategies and equipment to maximize the efficiency of restoration. With this experience, our technicians can:

  • Learn effective extraction techniques
  • Learn to prevent cross-contamination
  • See the effectiveness of specific drying techniques with different construction materials
  • Approach flood damage confidently

IICRC Training and Certification

The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) certifies and sets the standards for the cleaning and restoration industries. Our Professionals study IICRC standards and best practices in water restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and other cleaning and restoration courses.
