Water damage to this Coconut Grove vacation home was the result of the icemaker water line breaking when the owners were away. Water affected the cabinetry and flooring to the point that none of the building materials could be salvaged. SERVPRO needed to demolish the entire kitchen removing all of the flooring and cabinetry. There was significant debris to dispose of properly. Once removed we treated the walls and studs with an antimicrobial substance to fight against any mold development. We then built a new kitchen.
