Storm Damage – South Miami

Storm damage tore large sections of roofing from this South Miami office building which produced severe flooding on the uppermost floor. SERVPRO was first called in to provide tarps for the roof to stem the tide of water flow into the building from the rainfall. We were successful in the application of the tarps, but there was already serious quantities of water in the interior of the building. Thousands of square feet of office space had standing water present, so this was a large loss situation. The status of the loss called for the large loss water damage team to bring in the semi-trucks with water removal equipment and get to work.
